UPDATE 2:
Step 1: Make sure that your modem is in Bridge Mode.
Step 2: Make a new Virtual Machine and install Windows XP on it.
Step 3 : Create a new text file and type following command:
rasdial "Broadband Connection" username password
username = ur broadband username
password = ur broadband password
Broadband Connection = Name of the Connection you use to connect, you can find it in Control Panel -> Network Connections
save it as "connect.bat"
double click on that file to check if it connects to the internet or not.
Step 5:
Copy that file to XP running in Virtual Machine.
Step 6:
Click Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System -> Task Scheduler
select connect.bat as application to run and then set the time to run that app (same time in both systems*)
Time should be 2 minutes from current time so you dont have to wait too much...
*Very Important if connect.bat doesnt run at same time then only 1 XP would be connected to internet.
Complete Step 6 on both host and virtual XP
wait for 2 mins....
Step 7: If all works, enjoy 2x speed!!!
it will give u double speed (depends on ur line quality)
but i get 32 KBps on both XP as I have 256 UL plan.

Comments
1) Created a virtual machine using Microsoft virtual PC 2007
2) Created a Broadband connection identical to that on my physical machine
3)Created connect.bat on both machines. When clicked each on the separate machines, it connects to the internet on physical machine but not on the virtual machine. On the virtual machine it displays connecting to the broadband.... and hangs on.
Should it be like that?
4)Created the scheduled tasks
They run at the same time activating connect.bat on both machines. But as on step 3, connection is established on physical machine only.
Do I need to set the virtual pc in shared networking mode or the default is fine?
I am using XP SP3 on both machines.
About modem being on the bridge mode, in the "internet connection" configuration page of the modem setup, under the PVC names and protocols bridge/bridged are mentioned. Does that mean the modem is in bridge mode?
Thanks in advance.
What version of XP are you using? Professional or Home? Service pack 1, 2 or 3?
How to know if my modem is in bridge mode?
But, I've made quite a few attempts. They can't be connected to internet at the same time. The physical machine always connects first.

2. that file , from where i make it
